Shipping & Delivery:
We deliver door-to-door to anywhere in South Africa for just R100. Order 3 or more cigars, and we'll deliver for FREE!
- Orders from Our Accessories are typically delivered within 1-4 working days from receipt of payment.
- Orders from Our Humidor (singles) are typically delivered within 1-4 working days from receipt of payment.
- Orders from Our Warehouse (boxes) are typically delivered within 8-20 working days* from receipt of payment.
* Delivery times vary by product. Please refer to each product page for its corresponding delivery time.
An order containing items of varying delivery times may only be shipped once all items in that order are ready for dispatch from our head office.
Cigars 4 Africa makes every effort to deliver your items in a timely manner, however, delivery times may vary depending on the area in which you live, the time of year (E.g. December / January peak time), and any unforeseen shipping delays (E.g. SAPO strikes).
We keep all of our cigars in carefully monitored, sealed humidors at 20-23°C and 65-70% RH, so that they can arrive ready to smoke. Of course, if you plan to smoke them at a later stage, your cigars can be kept stored in their packaging for up to 2 months. We do, however, recommend moving them into a humidor for long-term storage.
N.B. As part of our quality assurance process, we open all of our boxed cigar products prior to shipment as a final quality check.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
Cancellations may be made only if the purchase has not yet been dispatched (from either our warehouse or head office), and may be subject to a handling fee of up to 3%.
Returns are accepted for an incorrect or defective product within 48 hours from receipt. Returned products must be in the condition you received them, and in their original box and/or packaging.
Upon returning a product, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be made via EFT into an account provided by the purchaser. Alternatively, an exchange may be arranged for another product of equal value. This refund / exchange policy also applies to orders that fail to reach you by some fault of our own.
We guarantee that our cigars are 100% authentic. Returns will not be accepted for personal taste preference, or variation in taste or colour from one cigar to the next.
